Start, Iterate, Fight Bullshit. ¶

I am a developer/founder/advisor who starts, leads, and transforms software products and their teams. I am also a speaker, blogger, and book author.

While based in Berlin, I have extensive experience and prefer to work with remote, international, and, most of all, interdisciplinarity orgs.

In 15 years of product and tech leadership, I founded and led startups Buddybrand (digital agency) and BuzzBird (marketplace) and corporate business units for Voith (IoT) and edding (SaaS).

What I stand for ¶

No trivial quotes. Fundamental, non-negotiable values.

• Only insourced teams can deliver real innovation.

• A digital agency should own the product - not just implement features.

• The way to really figure out what needs to be done is to start doing real work.

• Effective remote work requires more than just technological tools; it demands intentional asynchronous culture.

• Do fewer things. Work at a natural pace. Obsess about quality.

• Dont’t work for assholes. Don’t work with assholes.
